The ideal boiler pressure should be between 1 to 1.5 bars on your pressure gauge when your heating is switched off. Around 2 bars is a normal pressure level when your boiler is active/heating up. Anything below 0.5 is too low and must be replaced.
Read MoreBoiler pressure is the key factor for determining the need for a condensate polishing system. With a steam generator plant with low steam pressures (below 40 kg/cm2), the requirement of the CPU is usually avoided. Hard scale formation and boiler metal corrosion can easily be prevented through FW treatment before sending to the boiler proper.
Read MoreThese parts are responsible for boiler efficiency. The main components of boiler include: Super Heater: This heater is used to superheat the steam before it is passed in the turbine as saturated steam that causes corrosion. Feed Pump: We use this to pump the water into the continuous boiler working. Steam or electricity or turbine is used for

In this instance, a reading between 1.5 – 2.5 bar can be considered normal. A consistent 3 – 4 bar, however, is something to raise with
Read More4/6/2021 · #1 – Pressure Relief Valve on the Boiler is Faulty Most boilers operate at 1.0bar-1.5bar. But they can approach 3bar if there is a problem like a leak. A pressure release valve notices this abnormal change in system pressure and releases it.

The hot water in the condenser is released into the cooling systems, i.e., cooling tower, river, sea, or cooling pond.

The water is boiled in an enclosed pressure vessel so that the steam generated is not lost to the atmosphere. The heating source is enclosed in an insulated furnace to ensure that the heat
